The pre-owned Zeiss HD-OCT 5000 has been fully refurbished by our certified technicians to meet high diagnostic standards. It offers high-resolution retinal imaging and advanced clinical applications, including RPE analysis for monitoring retinal pigment epithelial integrity and Ganglion Cell Analysis (GCA) for evaluating glaucomatous damage in the macula. FastTrac™ retinal tracking minimizes motion artifacts, enabling consistent, high-resolution B-scans captured at identical locations across patient visits. This precision supports accurate monitoring of disease progression in targeted pathologies.
 
Cirrus 5000 Description
 
The new CIRRUS HD-OCT models 5000 is specifically designed to deliver a carefully constructed set of sophisticated applications that build upon one another to deliver rapidly-evolving diagnostics for multiple patient populations. CIRRUS HD-OCT 5000 is the clinical powerhouse with FastTrac, and sophisticated analyses for the busy advanced care practice. 
CIRRUS for Retinal Disease 

With the new FastTrac retinal tracking system, precise macular thickness analyses, Fovea Finder, detailed layer maps and more than 100 B-scans at your disposal, CIRRUS provides the framework to comprehensively assess your patient’s retinal condition. CIRRUS data cubes are registered with data from prior visits after the scan is acquired. This enables side-by-side visualization of the same location on the retina for each visit. CIRRUS compares measurements from the current and prior visits to provide a thickness change map that helps you determine next steps for your patient. 3-D cubes and Advanced Visualization can be used for pre-operative planning for VRI disorders. For dry AMD, CIRRUS helps monitor pre-conversion patients today and prepare for tomorrow’s dry AMD therapy. 

CIRRUS for Glaucoma 
No other solution delivers a more complete and integrated approach to glaucoma diagnostics than CIRRUS. It pairs seamlessly with the HFA, making it an ideal partner for managing glaucoma. CIRRUS supports RNFL, ONH, and angle assessments, and now includes Ganglion Cell Analysis (GCA) for added precision. When ONH and RNFL results are inconclusive, GCA helps clarify the picture. With built-in angle imaging and central corneal thickness measurements, CIRRUS sets the global standard for structural glaucoma evaluation. Guided Progression Analysis (GPA) rounds out the package, offering a powerful way to track changes in RNFL and optic nerve head metrics. Also known as the Cirrus 5000.
